family suite convenient location good quality

the room was a family suite and it was well sized. the location was convenient, it had markets nearby. the resort backed onto the beach where there were many restaurants. we dined at the restaurants within the resort and the food was good quality and reasonably priced.

the gym had broken resistance machines, also the water was empty. this made working out inconvenient.

the staff upgraded my father-in-law's room. it was next to ours for our stay. complimentary items were left in our room. this included wine, pringles, and a fruit basket. this was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel.

I stayed in a family suite. the room was spacious and had a nice balcony (i enjoyed spending time there). fino restaurant was great. I liked the food.

the breakfast area was quite noisy, and it wasn't very clean.

pool bar amazing massage friendly staff

i found several pools, including a pool bar. jenny, lilly, and polly provided amazing massages poolside. two restaurants ensured i did not need to leave for meals. joy and bank stood out for their friendliness and great service.

the gym lacked maintenance, i noticed all resistance machines were broken. the water dispenser was always empty. i hope they can fix it .

the staff at the hotel is friendly! room cleaning is done daily. guests receive a complimentary bottle of water. the staff shows a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist.

the hotel boasts many sizeable swimming pools. it ensures that you remain cool on hot afternoons. rooms are adequately sized. they are well appointed, i appreciated the neat and clean conditions thanks to the cleaning staff.
